Spay Day 2012 Appointment Request
Thank you for your interest in having your pet(s) spayed/neutered on Spay Day 2012, operated by the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (SAAC).
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOW ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR MALE CATS.
Please do not apply for an appointment for a dog or female cat; we will not be able to accommodate you.
Spay Day will be February 26 at vet clinics and animal shelters in Sacramento and Yolo Counties. Some appointments will be available during the two weeks leading up to and after Spay Day.
To request an appointment for a male cat only, please fill out the form below. A SAAC volunteer will call you to schedule a time and location for your appointment(s). Please provide a phone number that accepts blocked calls so we can reach you easily.
Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee you an appointment for Spay Day. You will need to submit proof of income before an appointment can be scheduled. You will receive instructions on how to submit proof of income once you submit this form.
Spay Day Eligibility Guidelines
- Open to residents of Sacramento County and Yolo County only
- Limit two pets per household
- Must receive public assistance and/or have an annual household income of $35,000 or less
- Proof of income is required
- Cash payment of $15 per cat is required at time of appointment
